As per my experience, it’s a great place to stay amongst all the paying guests in Bengaluru. Would highly recommend because it’s well furnished, with many amenities provided, decent food, and the balcony view towards especially the one facing the play school near to the paying guest I had as a single occupant. It was hygienic when I stayed, where a cleaning schedule service is available and made by the housekeeping team. The paying guests is located in a very prime location with metro station nearby, ITPL just 7-10 minutes away, a very busy supermarket just 2-3 minutes away, Malls, theatres, eateries, hospitals, gyms, churches very close.

It's a newly opened building with very good ventilation and attached balconies for every room. Well maintained pg with spacious rooms and attached toilets ,gym room and brand new furniture. Spacious shoe racks are attached to the corridor walls of each room. Premium wakefit brand mattress are provided for each bed which is also one of it's kind unlike any other pg in the vicinity. The bathrooms feel luxurious. The management is very helpful and polite. Wish the management to keep up the good work.

I stayed in twin sharing, room is spacious, clean, furnished. Bathroom condition is very good with both cold and hot water 24/7. 1 balcony is attached with cloths hangers. Parking space, Table tenis, foosball are there. I personally think food could have been better.

Very good experience. Owner is understanding and resolves issue immediately. Food is best compared to other pgs in the area. Cleaning is done daily and cleanliness is maintained. Internet speed is also good very multiple connections.
